Consulting Services

For nearly a decade Dr. Davis has worked with more than 7,000 educators, school leaders, college and university administrators, non-profit organizations, corporate professionals, and community members to advance racial equity and racial justice. Across three primary portfolios of work, Dr. Davis has developed both short- and long-term relationships to support identifying developmental areas for organizations, facilitating professional development programs, and providing strategic advising and executive coaching related to issues of structural and systemic racism.

Dr. Davis is currently at capacity for consulting during the 2022-2023 academic year and cannot accept additional projects. However, if you are interested in working with him after July 1, 2023, please complete the request form.

Assessment & Evaluation

Conducting surveys, data analysis, individual interviews, and focus groups to identify issues of campus and workplace climate as well as opportunities for improving racial equity indicators and other institutional success outcomes. Program evaluation is also included in this porfolio.

Trainings and Workshops

Providing informative presentations, educational workshops, and customized team building programs to 1) increase personal and professional competency, 2) improve group/organizational cohesion, and 3) strengthen professional readiness to address racial and other inequities.

Executive Coaching and Strategic Advising

Developing senior institutional and organizational leaders with a critical understanding of equity-minded and anti-racist approaches to leading others, shifting organizational culture, and strategically developing and implementing more equitable policies and practices.
